Once you made the payment of your order we'll do our best to deliver you parcel the same or the next day to Post NL.

We charge € 4,95 shipping costs for parcels in the Netherlands. For other countries outside the Netherlands we charge € 10,- shipping costs. Once you've entered your address the shipping costs will be calculated automatically on your order.

Log-in on your account at nolanova.com and follow the steps to return your order. If you do not have an account please send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what article(s) you want to return and the reason why. Also mention your order number. You can send the article(s) to

Once we have received your return we will send you an e-mail and will transfer your money back.
The article can not we worn, washed, used or damaged. Articles that are used or damaged will not be accepted and will be send back to the sender. If you've received a damaged article please let us know asap.
If you don't inform us when you want to send something back we can not help you.
You're responsible for the costs and risks when you want to send back an article. Parcels that are not, or not enough franked will not be accepted.
Make sure you send the parcel by a track & trace code.
For orders above € 100,- and more you don't have to pay the shippingcosts. If you return articles and the total amount will not be € 100,- or more we will charge the shippingcosts.
